(3) The candidate should have a duly author-redated difficulty certificate from the Union Council concerned, where the vacancy announcement has been published.
(4) Candidates can apply for one vacancy only.
(5) Candidates are advised to select the UC code and name (as per LHW-MIS) available on STS website (www.sts.org.pk) and enter in the above advertisement.
(6) Those aspirants who are already doing government service should apply through departmental channels.
(7) The number of seats may be increased or decreased in the light of the availability of vacant seats in the district concerned and the Department may at any stage alter, reschedule or cancel the whole of the recruitment process.
(8) Only candidates who qualify the written test will be called for interview.
(9) Shortlisting of candidates will be carried out after verification and recommendations of the Selection Committee on the occasion of vacancies.
(10) Verification of original certificates will be carried out only for those candidates who will be invited for interview. If all the original documents are presented to the candidate as a fake affidavit, the two documents will be automatically returned.
(11) TADA will not be paid for NET and Interview.
(12) Incomplete applications and those received after the last date will not be entertained.
