Education Required Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis & Human Resource Development (OPHRD) Jobs
Ph.D in Economics/Sociology/Business Administration/Public Administration from a University recognized by HBC.
ii. 13 Years’ experience in Human Resource Development or Workers Training/ Workers Welfare in nationally recognized Institutions in BS-17 and above OR
or equivalent;
i. M.Phil in Economics/Sociology/Business Administration/Public Administration from a University recognized by HEC.
ii. 15 years’ experience in Human Resource Development in Workers Training/ Workers Welfare in nationally recognized institutions in BS-17 and above or equivalent;
OR
i. Second Class or Grade “C” Master’s degree in Economics/Sociology/Business Administration/ Public Administration from University recognized by HEC.
ii. 17 years’ experience in Human Resource Development or Workers Training/ Workers Welfare in nationally Recognized Institutions in BS-17 and above or equivalent
Min. 37 Years
Max. 45 Years
(to be calculated as on the closing date of the submission of application
Minimum of the relevant scale of Pay (i.e. BS-20). Annual increment shall be admissible as under normal rules.
Other facilities i.e. TA/DA for official duty/tours, Medical Facility and leave etc. will be as admissible to civil servants of BS-20
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The above job is being offered on a contract basis for the period of 2 years or till the appointment of regular incumbent (whichever comes earlier) and shall hold no rights for regularization at any stage. At the time of interview the candidates will have to provide original certificates/documents.
Only short-listed candidates shall be called for interview. No TADA will be admissible for appearing in the interview.
