Senior Credit Reviewer (SVP)
01 Position / Job Title
Reporting to
Educational / Professional Qualification
Candidates having Master’s degree and / or relevant professional qualification or certifications in the respective field will be preferred
Experienc Other Skills / Expertise /
Minimum 10 years of banking experience, out of which 05 years in corporate credit / commercial credit /risk management/ audit
Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required
- Excellent credit risk assessment and judgement skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to effectively lead and manage teamProficient in use of statistical tools and methodology in understanding / analyzing portfolio credit risk and for sample selection
Outline of Main Duties/ Responsibilities
- To develop Risk and Control Matrix (RCM) of credit functions and their processes
To prepare engagement plans of auditable entitiesTo review credit approvals, operations, administration and documentation
To perform corporate – credit reviews covering end to end credit cycle
To review portfolio under rehabilitation
To conduct meetings with the auditee management to discuss the audit issues
To supervise staff for review and processing of audit reports
To review / finalize audit reports and release them to the auditee management
To supervise implementation of agreed Corrective Action Plan (CAP) and escalate pending issues to respective Group Chiefs / CommitteesTo implement internal and external quality assurance recommendations
To check compliance of SBP Prudential Regulations and credit policies
To perform other special/thematic reviewsTo perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s)

To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s)

Credit Review Officer – Small Loans & Consumer Risk Review (OG-II / OG-I)
Reporting to

Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by the HEC
Candidates having Master’s degree and / or relevant professional qualification or certifications in the respective field will be preferred
Experience
Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required

Candidate having experience in retail / consumer lending products will be preferred Knowledge of trade operations / Credit Administration Division (CAD)
Outline of Main Duties/ Responsibilities
•
- To assist in performing credit reviews of regions covering end-to-end credit cycle
To check compliance of SBP Prudential Regulations and credit policies
To assist in performing consumer/retail products credit portfolio reviews of the Bank
To collect and interpret information which supports credit review results
To liaise with relevant groups / regions for escalation of issues and reports
To perform other special/thematic reviews
To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s)

Employment Type
The employment will be on contractual basis for three years which may be renewed on discretion of the Management. Selected candidates will be offered compensation package and other benefits as per Bank’s Policy / rules.
