PROCEDURE TO SUBMIT APPLICATIONS:
For Serial No. 1 to 5, candidates shall have to apply online at SIBA Testing Services website: apply.sts.net.pk and the candidates are required to uploaded CNIC, Domicile and P.R.C (Form-D), academic documents, one recent photograph, N.O.C (In case of Government Servant). The last date for submission of online application for serial No. 1 to 5 is May 10, 2023. (Candidate can apply for one post only).
2.After submission of online application candidates may download system generated challan of Rs. 1200/- (Rupees twelve hundred only) and deposit it in any branch of ABL/MCB Bank Ltd.
3. Differently abled candidates are required to upload CNIC having wheel chair logo issued by NADRA.
4. Dates for written test and results of the candidates for the posts from serial number 1 to 5 will be announced by SIBA Testing Services on their above official website(s). The list of successful candidates will be affixed on the Notice Board of District Court, Sujawal with dates of their shorthand / typing test, which will be conducted in the Departmental Selection Committee.5. For Serial 6 to 14, the candidates are required to send their application(s) along with attested copies of educational document(s), CNIC, Domicile & PRC, two passport size photographs, experience certificate & valid Driving License (only for the post of Driver) to the District & Sessions Judge, Snjawal. The last date for submission of applications for serial No. 6 to 14 is May 05, 2023.
The final list of eligible candidates for the post from Serial No. 6 to 14 will be displayed on the notice board of District Court, Sujawal.
The candidates who are already in Government Service shall apply through proper channel. The applications received in any manner alter due date will not be considered.
Quota for persons with different abilities/persons with disabilities shall be followed as per statutory provision / rules/ instructions in this behalf. The applicants shall specifically mention in their application if they want to avail their right under such quota.
10. Age relaxation of successful candidates will be considered, as per relevant rules.
11. All the candidates shall mention their contact number and complete postal address properly for any further communication.
12. No T.A/D.A will be paid to any candidate for appearing in test/interview. The candidate at the time of test/interview should bring original documents, ball-pen, white papers and writing pad. In case, the documents are forged, the action as per law will be taken against the defaulter candidate.
13. The decision of Selection Committee shall be final.
