 Restoring Family Links Officer ( Female ) ( 01 Position ) Based in Karachi 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

 • Masters / Sixteen Years of Education in Social Sciences , Preferable , Sociology , Psychology , Social Work and Anthropology . • Minimum 4 years ‘ working experience in planning , implementation , monitoring and evaluation . Preference will be given to a person with experience of protection program planning . 

• Ability to work in complex situations and capable of managing team work during emergencies . 

• Under the supervision of RFL Manager Sindh , coordinate and manage the incoming and outgoing flow of individual cases i.e. tracing requests . Allegations , Red Cross Messages , Salamat , Unaccompanied / Separated children , Family Reunification , Detention cases , etc

. • Close liaison with PRCS other departments , NHQ and donor agencies . 

• Close liaison and capacity building of RFL Professional Volunteers . Report Writing and Proposal Development . 

• Maximum Age limit upto 40 Years . RFL Officer will be based in Provincial Headquarter Sindh with regular travelling across the province . 

• Salary Range : 

Rs.70,000 to 75,000 /
