How To Apply in Teacher jobs in Balochistan Education Department jobs 2023
Essential Guidelines Terms and Conditions:
(1) Only candidates possessing the required educational qualification will be eligible to apply.
(2) Local/domicile hopefuls of the concerned district will be eligible to submit the application.
(3) The age limit is 18 to 28 years and according to the government concession, candidates up to 43 years of age will be eligible to submit the application.
(4) Government servants should send applications through their department.
(5) All recruitment will be purely as per Recruitment Policy 2019 approved by Government of Balochistan. Balochistan Government and other rules/policy notification of Secondary Education Department which are in conflict with the Recruitment Policy 2019 will not be applicable to this recruitment. In case there is no candidate with compulsory professional educational qualification in a UC, as per the decision of Balochistan April 2022, candidates without relevant professional educational qualification will also be eligible to apply. However, specific marks are reserved for professional educational qualifications.
(6) Vacancies are being advertised as per the information received from the concerned District Education Officer, therefore applications will be received only as per the information received from the offices and any kind of change in it will not be acceptable.
(7) Union Council List of Vacancies certified by Director Schools Sardar Bahadur Khan Women University Online Website www.sbkwu.edu.pk, and University Online Portal http://edurecruit.com.pk Department of Education & Government of Balochistan websites can be visited at www.balochistan.gov.pk and www.emis.gob.pk.
(8) The merit list of urban areas will be as per the limits of metropolitan, municipal corporation and municipal committee, while the merit list of rural areas will be prepared by Union Councillor.
(9) A separate merit list of persons with disabilities will be prepared at the district level. Persons with disabilities shall be eligible to submit applications on the basis of the disability certificate issued by the Department of Social Welfare and no such disability shall be acceptable in the educational process. (10) The boundaries of Metropolitan, Municipal Corporation, Municipal Committee, Union Council and Tehsil shall be determined as per prevailing notification of Local Government Department.
(11) Merit only for Director Schools certified vacancies advertised. Also, the authority to increase or decrease the vacancies will be with the School Education Department of Balochistan.
(12) 5% (five percent) for disabled and 5% (five percent) for non-minority are reserved as per the government rules as per the District Ward Officer (male and female separately) posts, the details of which are available on the online website of the respective university http ://edurecruit.com.pk, Department of Education and Government of Balochistan website www.balochistan.gov.pk and www.emis.gob.pk.
(13) In case of selection, the candidate shall produce before the District Selection Committee four (4) copies of attested certificates of the concerned educational institutions and an affidavit that his academic/other certificates and documents are bogus, tampered or not approved by HEC. In case of being from the institution, he will be considered ineligible and his employment can be dismissed at any time without any notice and no excuse will be accepted, and legal action will be taken against him.
(14) In case of co-selection, the aspirant has to submit an affidavit that he will serve for a period (5 years) at his first place of posting and will not be eligible for transfer in any case. In case of transfer, the employment of the candidate will be deemed to be terminated.
(15) This merit list will be effective for recruitment only once and no recommendation will be accepted / considered after the first recommendation of the District Recruitment Committee. (16) Married female candidates shall be eligible to submit application only on the basis of local domicile of their husband, application of married female candidates shall not be admissible on the basis of local domicile of father. In case the husband’s name is not entered in the local/domicile, the computerized marriage certificate issued by NADRA must be attached with the identity card bearing the husband’s name. Otherwise, in case of misrepresentation, there will be disqualification at any time.
(17) Residence of the candidate will be determined on the basis of (1) his local/domicile traffic address (2) permanent address recorded in CNIC.
(18) In case of non-availability of vacancy in the concerned Metropolitan, Municipal Corporation, Municipal Committee, Union Council, the candidate will be eligible to submit application only for Tehsil and District Merit and merit list for all concerned Metropolitan, Municipal of the concerned Tehsil or District. The Corporation will be constituted by combining the candidates of the Municipal Committee, Union Council and subject to the availability of vacancies.
(19) 70 per cent (A=70) of the marks obtained in the recruitment test of the candidate in the final merit list, 20 per cent (B=20) of the basic required educational qualification (20 marks if in first rank, 20 marks if in second rank). 10 marks if any) and 10 percent of professional educational qualification (C=10) (10 marks if in first class, 05 marks if in second class) will be C + B + A = 100) Also, the candidate will not be entitled to additional marks for further education and higher education.
(20) Candidates with the required basic educational qualification for each post will be eligible to submit application, if the required educational qualification is in the third division and in case of next higher education is in the second division, the hopeful will be eligible to submit the application but the required He will not be entitled to the prevailing marks of educational qualification (20 marks if in first class, if in second class, then 10 marks).
(21) In case of non-clearance of recruitment test of candidates with compulsory professional educational qualification in any UC, candidates without relevant professional educational qualification will be selected as per decision of Bena of Balochistan April 2022. However, the selection will be based on aggregate marks (A+B+C).
(22) In case of withdrawal or ineligibility of any candidate after the conduct of the test, no other candidate shall be considered and the post shall be kept for re-advertisement. Then the concerned university will display the incomplete list of candidates on its website. Also, the final list will be released after giving specific time for rejected applications. After which any application will not be considered
(24) Test interview venue and schedule will be announced through newspapers, apart from this it can be seen on the websites of concerned University Education Department and Government of Balochistan.
(25) Only those candidates will be allowed to participate in the test interview who will be issued roll number slip by the concerned university
(26) Recruitment test will be conducted for all the posts in which minimum 50% marks must be obtained.
(27) No box should be left blank in the online application form, otherwise the form will be rejected.
(28) No compensation (D.A/T A) will be given to the candidates appearing for Timbet.
(29) The Department of Education, Government of Balochistan reserves the right to approve or reject any or all posts.
